Let the wave take with it the sorrow, anger and regret of the past and take the strength from the wave give you the power to look ahead. 

Don't dwell on the past and your choices. 

Take a deep breath and be glad to be were you're at. 

Happiness don't find you, you find your own happiness. 

I have found mine after making a choice and changed my life. 

So can you if you're not happy.
